Had a good time at home with some good results in the fitness tests which basically show I am back to a very good level of fitness with my Overhead squat going up to 105 kg in the bike test I burned out just shy of my PB of 400 watts but our programme has been much more focused towards Strength this year so that could have been expected.
The weather forecast is looking good so hope fully we will have a good block of on snow training. Really excited about getting back on my skis maybe get some DH or Super-g in too!!
