Stormy November

In Lofer now at the Olympic training centre where I will be fitness training for the next few days as the stormy weather has come in again with the temperatures set to get down to -25 with wind of 65 km/h and about 30-40cm of snow it doesn't not really allow for training in a course.

The past week I was back in Molltal where we did mange to get some great training in between some harsh weather and I really started to find my feet in slalom, we had one session on a steep challenging pitch which I dealt with well. So even though I have not had many days of high quality training I have confidence now from the the way I performed in the few sessions I've had.

I'm off to Colorado on monday where I will have a week of training before the NorAm races on 1st, 2nd 4th and 5th of December. My approach to those races is very much a case of ski and see what happens, basically use them as training and a stepping stone towards getting into top shape for the main part of the season Zagreb, Adelboden, Wengen, Kitzbuhel and Schladming all in January.

I'm off to the gym now then I will try to catch up with the latest goings on in Prison Break.
