In Boston Logan airport right now waiting for my flight back to Heathrow...... no baggage charges YEEESSSSS!!! Of course the flight has been delayed though, due to there being more than 1cm of snow in London.
Todays GS got cancelled after the 1st run because of the wind, the right descision but frustrating because I was gonna run 6th on the 2nd run so a great chance to make up time on the leaders with a fresh track. So I jumped straight in the car and drove (within the speed limits) to get here in time. Yesterdays race was not bad for me in GS even though I made big mistakes on both runs I managed to score a small result (23 points) I had start number 32 and moved up to 19th nothing spectacular but solid. I know I am capable of alot better in GS and can definitley say I am making steady improvements and in sections I'm skiing great.
Gonna stay over at my good mate Dave's in London tomorrow, he's a rower these days so haven't seen much of him lately, then I'll head out to Austria the next day to get into some training for a week or so before my next series of races in Lenggries, Germany and Kirchberg, Austria.
